Student application process

It will pop up with a LOG IN/ REGISTER window. If you don't have a login, click on the word REGISTER. It will ask for your email address. We will only use this email to let you know of special announcements and you can be removed at any time. Financial aid is available in the form of KOLA Kredit that can be used towards the tuition costs. See bottom of the page for more information on KOLA Kredit.

The information on the Student Application form is only used by KOLA to setup the requested courses. It is not used for any other purpose. Click the button below to fill out the application if you are enrolling as a new student.

step 3In order to be considered for enrollment, students must fill out an application form in STEP 2 and submit the $10 application fee.
After this fee has been paid, courses need to be requested in STEP 4. Returning students who were enrolled in KOLA last year do NOT need to pay this Application Fee and can skip to STEP 4 if they enroll before July 1st .

After the three steps above have been completed, students are ready to select their course below in STEP 4 according to the number of credits they want to be enrolled for.

After the Application Form and Fee have been submitted, the Course Request Form below will need to be filled out for each student to request their courses. Enrollment in the requested courses will be according to availability as some courses fill up quicker than others. Students will then be sent an invoice for the tuition for the requested courses that are available. After the initial enrollment, additional courses may be added at any time while the enrollment window is open at the tuition-per-credit-hour rate.

After the previous four steps have been completed, an invoice will be sent to you through PayPal for tuition payment. Your application will not be complete until this invoice is paid.

Financial aid is available in the form of KOLA Kredit as described below.

Students may earn KOLA Kredit by telling their friends about Kids On Line Academy. If their friends then enroll and mention the student's name, they will receive $5.00 KOLA Kredit for each new friend who enrolls. KOLA Kredit has no cash value and is only good through the academy where it can be used towards tuition. KOLA Kredit can not be used towards the application fee.
Note: Siblings of current or past students do not count as "new students" and KOLA Kredit is not given when they enroll.
